Confident, strong and like I could do anything! That's how I felt after I birthed my daughter thanks to Renee and The Birth Space. This course was the best thing I did to ready myself for birth and the start of parenting. Renee made me feel supported, educated and empowered so we could have the positive birth I dreamed of. Highly recommend Hypnobirthing and The Birth Space to all expectant parents.

My partner and I complete the hypnobirthing course with Renee. She was extremely professional, down to earth and a natural at speaking with others and teaching. We learnt so much and we will be forever grateful for what she taught us. As a first time Mum, I felt nervous of the unknowns of birth. I now feel empowered about my choices, what my body is doing and how to work my way through my birth in the most positive way. My wife and I attended Renee's hypnobirthing course just over a year ago before I had our son. I wish we had done the course when we had our first baby! Its well worth the commitment and esential for birth partners. Using the tools like breath work, body positioning and positive affirmations we learned from Renee,I was able to stay calm even when my birth didn't go to plan. We felt empowered to question the decisions that were being made and my wife advocated for me. Renee is very knowledgeable. I personally think hypnobirthing is a must. Having Renee as your facilitator will set you up for success.

I booked in for Renee’s hypnobirthing private classes. Renee was lovely, warm, accommodating and a highly organised professional. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect with the course, but by the end, my expectations had been exceeded above and beyond. I was blown away with how informed Renee is with all the lastest birth and pregnancy stats and info. Renee is a wealth of knowledge and provided many additional resources and support to me, long after our classes had finished. Thank you Renee for sharing in my pregnancy journey, this was one of the best decisions I made to prepare me for the marathon event of labor/birthing. The absolute best decision my husband and I have made all pregnancy was going to see Renee and completing our Hypnobirthing training with her. Can’t recommend Renee’s services enough, Renee goes above and beyond and is such a fabulous person to have support you through all the excitement and sometimes hurdles leading up to birth. My partner and I were a bit skeptical before we attended our first class but within the first hour we knew we’d made the right choice! Renee was amazing! She delivers the course material well and is happy to answer any questions you might have - I definitely had some doozies! Renee is amazing with the delivery of this course, no question is silly, also v funny. The stories and information she could give us were also very rich. As a first time mum-to-be, I feel like a huge chunk of fear around birth has been eliminated and feeling stoked to have more knowledge/tools that will help me through the process and feel empowered to take on the birth that my partner and I have envisioned.

My partner and I did Renee’s Group Hypnobirthing Class as we wanted a natural water birth at a Family Birth Centre. We learnt so much at Renee’s class including breathing techniques, being well informed in the delivery room and techniques on how my partner could support me during labour and birth. I was able to labour mostly at home and birth our little boy via a water birth as we had hoped. Everyone said I was calm and in control and my partner was extremely calm, supportive and helpful which we contribute to the techniques we learned in Renees course. Renee was extremely supportive and checked in on me up until birth. We would highly recommend Rennee’s class to anyone!
