I was referred to Helena from Dreambirth by a friend and hiring her to be our doula was the best decision ever. From the moment my partner and I met her we were impressed with her beuaitufl light and calm energy which we knew we wanted to bring to the birth of our first child. We decided to choose Helena over other doulas because of the vast 8years+ experience she had. We wanted to do everything possible to have a natural birth and planned a homebirth through CMP. Helena was always on call to answer any questions I had and importantly, calm my first time mum nerves! We enjoyed her pre-natal classes which were in the comfort of her beautiful home. I made friendships with some of the other mums which will carry on into our kid’s lives. Her packages are great value for money and included everything we needed. She even did a small pregnancy photo shoot and those were the best photos I had taken, by far! During the birth she a guided me to drop into my body’s natural intuition and we had our little boy in a life-changing, positive home birth experience at home. Post-birth, Helena was super helpful and supportive in her unique warm and loving way that made me feel special. Even bub loves her, he gave one of his biggest smiles when she was around. I highly recommend Helena and Dreambirth!

Mel came to our house and was extremely warm and made me feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and gave us great advice and a plan to make my breastfeeding journey easier. Highly recommend

I was a patient of PPC for my June 2022 babe and would 100% book again for baby #2. My Midwives were Sheryl and Laura (had 2 due to one being on annual leave) were just so warming and answered all our questions! As I birthed at my closest hospital in Midland, it was great that they could work with SJOG.I’m excited to see them opening a second clinic closer to me! I just hope Sheryl and Laura are working there!!

Visited few times for my partner’s first pregnancy. Both ladies were extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, we really appreciated it. All the best for the future and highly recommend 10/10.

Helena’s Hypnobirthing classes are the best way to prepare yourself and your partner for your birth. Also to have her as our Doula was the best choice we made! She‘s so down to earth and so experienced! Helena will know what you need before you do. She helped me not to be scared but to be more than ready for the whole journey. She's simply the best ♡

I attended Fiona's hypnobirthing course, and found it truly invaluable. The course shifted my perspective of birth, and enabled me to learn that a gentle, positive birth is not only possible, but completely natural. The course was provided in a relaxed and comfortable environment, and Fiona was very knowledgable in all aspects, as well as caring, thoughtful and encouraging. I am looking forward to the birth of my second baby, as I now know what is possible. I highly recommend Fiona's course.

I did my Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Sara and absolutely loved it! Sara is so knowledgeable and humble; she is so willing to share all her knowledge with others. You can feel how passionate she is about Yoga and it's infectious. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and life highlight Sara. Highly recommend Bloom Yoga to students and Teachers.

I made the move to Bodyworks early in 2017 after attending another centre for at least the last half of 2016. I have really appreciated the input from both Chrissy and Grant that has resulted in me eliminating almost all of my sciatica complaint. I've found they are prepared to listen and offer alternative solutions that work for me. A high level of equipment set in a comfortable studio surrounding with a nice vibe from the staff. Highly recommended.

I had physio sessions with Mansi. She is one of the best in Perth. very kind and friendly. she explains everything by details and spend time and energy for her patients. I feel comfortable with her. she has great experience and very professional in her job.
